Create Postings for Cease

Explanation

This activity is used to create postings when a loan is ceased. Creating such loan cease postings is important for accounting purposes.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a loan with the Ceased status is required to be registered in the system and assigned to an employee.

Procedure

  1. Open the Loans and Contributions window.
  2. Search or populate to find an employee for whom you want to create postings for ceasing the loan.
  3. Go to the Loans tab and select the loan.
  4. Right-click and click Loan Cease Booking/Create Postings.
  5. Specify a date to generate postings.
  6. Click OK.
