Create Postings for Cease
Explanation
This activity is used to create postings when a loan is ceased. Creating such
loan cease postings is important for accounting purposes.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a loan with the Ceased status is
required to be registered in the system and assigned to an employee.

Procedure
- Open the Loans and Contributions
window.
- Search or populate to find an employee for whom you want to create postings for
ceasing the loan.
- Go to the Loans tab and select the loan.
- Right-click and click Loan Cease Booking/Create Postings.
- Specify a date to generate
postings.
- Click OK.
