Explanation

This activity is used to create postings for a payment of a loan to an employee.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a loan transfer definition is required to be present for an employee.

Procedure

1. Open the Loans and Contributions window and find an employee for whom you want to create postings for the loan payment transfer.
2. Go to the Loans tab, right-click the loan, point to Loan Payment, and click Create Payment Postings.
3. Specify the generation date for postings and click OK.
4. Right-click the loan, point to Loan Payment, and click View Payment Postings in order to view and verify created postings in the Loan Preaccounting window.
