This activity is used to define optional parameters for the contribution.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a contribution type is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the  Loan and Contribution Parameters window and find a contribution for which you want to define optional parameters.
2. Check the Description Mandatory box if the description for the contribution is required while registering to an employee.
3. Check the Ref1 Mandatory box if the column Ref1 (reference 1) is required while registering to an employee.
4. Check the Ref2 Mandatory box if the column Ref2 (reference 2) is required while registering to an employee.
5. Check the Transfer Name Mandatory box if the transfer name for the contribution is necessary.
6. Check the Institution Mandatory box if the institution collecting contribution is necessary.
7. Save all information by clicking the disc icon.
