This activity is used to define pre-postings for a liability registered to an employee

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a liability needs to be registered to an employee.

Procedure

1. Open the Loans and Contributions window and find an employee for whom you want to define pre-postings for a liability.
2. Go to the Liability tab and select the liability and right-click and click the Prepostings option.
3. In the Preposting window, enter all relevant accounting elements to entries in the Account to Project Activity Id fields. You can use the list of values.
4. Click OK.
