This activity is used to define elements and all necessary information for a transfer of a loan to an employee.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a loan needs to be registered to an employee.

Procedure

  1. Open the Loans and Contributions window.
  2. Search or populate to find an employee for whom you want to transfer the loan.
  3. Go to the Loans tab and select the loan, right-click and click Loan Payment/Payment Definition.
  4. In the Loan Disposal window, create a new record in order to start defining a loan transfer.
  5. Select a method of payment in the Payment Form field. The available options are: Cash- for the cash desk and Bank- for the bank transfer.
  6. In the Amount field, specify an amount for the loan transfer.
  7. In the Bank Id field, select an id of the bank which will be used for the loan transfer. You can use the list of values.
  8. Select an account number for the bank operation in the Account Number field. You can use the value list.
  9. If the loan transfer should be done via the cash desk, specify the id of the desk in the Cash Desk ID field. Note that either the bank or the cash desk is allowed.
  10. Save the information.
