Generate Deduction Transfer File

Explanation

This activity is used to generate a transfer file for any type of deduction. The created file is then used for transferring all deduction information to a finance institution.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, transfer settings are required to be registered for an institution in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Institution window.
  2. Search or populate to find an institution with defined transfer settings.
  3. Go to the Transfer Definition tab and select a transfer.
  4. Right-click and click Generate Payment Order on Diskette in order to generate the transfer file.
  5. Check if the transfer status is set to Completed in the State field.
