Cancel Variable Data Document Approval

Explanation

This activity is used to withdraw the approval for a variable data parameter document. Canceling the document is necessary if any errors are identified before a payroll calculation is done.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a registered variable data document with Approved status is required to be in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Variable Data window and find a variable data document which you want to cancel.
2. In the header, right-click and click Unapprove. Note that canceling the document is possible only prior to calculation.
3. Enter necessary modifications as the document is back in the Ready status.
