Change Agreement Parameters for Specific Employees
Explanation
This activity is used when some of employees assigned to an agreement need
their salary calculated differently from others. This can be achieved by adding
custom agreement parameters for specific employees.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
- An agreement has to be registered in the system. (Mandatory)
- Payroll wage code parameter of the Agreement Parameter type has
to be defined in the system.
- Payroll wage code parameter of the Agreement Parameter Numeric type has to be defined in the system.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a separate set of agreement parameters will be
defined for selected employees, altering how their salary (resulting from the
agreement) will be calculated in payroll.

Procedure
- Open the Agreement window.
- Search or populate to find the relevant agreement.
- In the Agreement Parameters tab, right-click an employee
for whom you want to define a different set of agreement parameters and
click Details. The Agreement Details window will open.
- On the Parameters tab, navigate down to the
Exceptions tab.
