Close Social Fund Benefit Document

Explanation

This activity is used to close a social fund benefit document after all data has been entered and checked. Closing the document ensures that all the included data is approved. Only social fund benefit documents with Closed status can be used for payroll calculation.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a social benefit document with registered employees and details is required to be registered in the system.

  1. Open the Social Fund Details window.
  2. Search or populate to find a document which you want to approve by closing.
  3. In the header, right-click and click Close Document.
