Explanation

This activity is used to close a work order import document in which all parameters are registered. Closing the definition means approving import settings and making the document ready for getting the work order data.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a work order data document with parameters is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Work Order Import window and find a document with parameters which you want to close.
2. Check if all data parameters have been entered correctly.
3. Right-click and click Close.
4. Save the information.
