Define List of Values for Constant Txt Type Parameter

Explanation

This activity is used to define a list of values for constant text parameters which can later be used when you register the parameter to employees. Defining such a value list makes the constant text parameter registration process smoother and more time-efficient.

Procedure

1. Open the Wage Code Parameters window and select a constant text parameter for which you want to define a list of values.
2. Right-click and click List of Values in order to start defining the list.
3. In the WC Parameter Value List window, create a new record in order to start defining values.
4. Specify a value for the list in the Value field.
5. Enter a name for the value in the Value Description field.
6. Save the information.
