Define Maximal Parameter Value
Explanation
The activity is used to define the maximum value possible for a data type
parameter. Setting the maximum value can be useful to prevent you from entering values
which are too high when you register parameters.

Procedure
- Open the Wage Code Parameters window.
- Create a new record in order to define a wage code parameter.
- Specify a unique ID for the parameter in the Parameter ID field.
- Enter a name for the parameter in the Parameter Name field.
- In the Parameter Type field, set a parameter type to the desired
value which can be Constant, Changeable, Non-personal Fund,
Social Fund, Constant Txt, Salary field,
Non-personal Fund param, Non-personal Fund param Num.
- Select the File check box if the parameter should be registered in
employee files. Note that constant parameters cannot be archived in employee
files.
- Enter a value for the parameter in the Max Value field.
- Select the Description check box if the parameter should have a
mandatory description.
- Save the information.
