Exclude Records or Change Updated Value

Explanation

This activity is used to modify updated details after the proposition has been approved. Excluding records or changing the value in the update can be useful in case some work conditions or regulations have changed since the proposition was approved.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, an updated proposition in the Approved status is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Constant Data Update window and find an update with an approved proposition which needs change of value or records.
  2. Go to the Proposition tab and find the approved proposition.
  3. Right-click and click Reapprove in order to make the proposition editable again.
  4. Enter new values for the update or exclude records.
  5. Save the information.
