Modify Descriptions for Division Parameters

Explanation

This activity is used to modify descriptions for divisions of parameters. Modification of parameter division descriptions may be necessary if some changes to the values and content of the parameter will need to be reflected later in financial documents.

Procedure

1. Open the Registration of Variable Data window and find a variable data document with employees added.
2. Select the employee for whom the division of parameters need descriptions, right-click and click Division Parameters.
3. In the Division Parameters window, go to the Description field and modify the information for the division.
4. Save the information.
