This activity is used to modify descriptions for variable parameters. Modification of parameter descriptions may be necessary if some changes to the values and content of the parameter will need to be reflected later in financial documents.

1. Open the Variable Data window.
2. Search or populate to find a variable data document with employees added.
3. Go to the Description field and enter the parameter information for an employee.
4. Save the information.
