Modify Variable Parameters

Explanation

This activity is used to modify parameters for employees on a variable data document. Variable parameter modification may turn out necessary if some benefits or bonuses that employees receive occasionally have been changed.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a variable data document with employees and in the Open status is required to be present in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Variable Data window and find a variable data document in which you want to modify parameters for employees.
2. Select the employee for whom you want to modify a parameter.
3. Enter all needed modifications.
4. Save the information.
