Remove Unapproved Proposition

Explanation

This activity is used to remove all unapproved propositions from a constant data update. The unapproved propositions are those in which values of employee's remuneration and benefits contain changes which have not received approval.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, an update with several unapproved propositions and at least one approval is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Constant Data Update window and find an update with registered propositions.
  2. Go to the Proposition tab and make sure that at least one proposition has Approved status..
  3. Right-click and click Remove Unapproved Propositions.
