This activity is used to remove variable parameters from a variable data document.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a variable data document is required to be in the Open status.

Procedure

1. Open the Variable Data window and find a variable parameter document in which you want to remove parameters for employees.
2. Select the required parameter and delete the record.
3. Save the information.
