Reopen Variable Data Document

Explanation

This activity is used to reopen a variable data document with parameters. Reopening the document is necessary if there are changes to the parameters after the document has been closed pending approval.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a variable data document using parameters with Ready status is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Variable Data window.
2. Search or populate to find a variable parameter document which you need to reopen in order to enter any modifications.
3. In the header, right-click and click Reopen.
4. Enter any modifications.
5. Save the information.
