Explanation

This activity is used to verify variable data before the import is done.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a variable data import document with import settings is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Variable Data window and find a variable parameter document which you want to verify prior to the import.
2. Go to the Document tab and check if all mandatory details are entered.
3. Right-click and click Verify.
