Define Additional Contribution Parameters
Explanation
This activity is used to define additional parameters relating to a contribution
registered to an employee. The parameters can be combined with payments and
charges of various sort relating to the contribution.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a contribution is required to be
registered to an employee.

Procedure
- Open the Loans and Contributions window and find
an employee with registered contribution.
- Go to the Contributions tab and select a contribution for which
you want to define additional parameters.
- Right-click and click the Contribution Parameters option in order
to start defining parameters.
- Create a new record and specify an id of a parameter in the
Parameter Id field. You can also use the value list.
- Specify an amount for the parameter in the Amount field.
- If the parameter should be expressed in percent, enter a percent value
in the Percent field.
- Enter any relevant additional information regarding the parameter in the
Remarks field.
- Save the information.
