Explanation

This activity is used to define all essential information about a finance institution for any payroll transfers and payments. The registered information can later be utilized in various payroll operations.

Procedure

1. Open the Bank window.
2. In the toolbar, click the New button in order to start entering new bank details.
3. Specify a unique id for the bank in the Bank Id field.
4. In the Name field, enter a formal bank name.
5. Enter a swift code for the bank in the Swift Code field.
6. Save the information.
