Define Contribution Import Header

Explanation

This activity is used to define a header for an import document for the contribution data. Defining the header is the first step in creating the import of data thanks to which there is no need to enter the contribution manually.

Procedure

1. Open the Deduction Import window.
2. In the toolbar, click the New button in order to create a new import header.
3. Specify a unique id for the import in the Import Id field.
4. Enter a name for the contribution import in the Name field.
5. In the Import To field, set the type of deductions imported to Contributions.
6. Enter any relevant information about the import document in the Description field.
7. Save the information.
