Define Institution Address

Explanation

The activity is used to define address data for a finance or legal institution responsible for collecting deductions.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, an institution header is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Institution window and find an institution header for which you want to define address data.
2. Go to the Address tab and click the New button in order to start defining an address for the institution.
3. In the Address Id field, specify a unique id for the defined address.
4. Select a country in which the institution resides in the Country field.
5. Enter an address for the institution in the Address field.
6. Select a period of validity for the defined address in the Valid From and Valid To fields.
7. Save the information.
