Define Institution Header

Explanation

The activity is used to define a header for a finance or legal institution which is responsible for collecting a percent of employee remuneration as a deduction. Defining the header is the first step for registration of all basic data for such institution.

Procedure

1. Open the Institution window.
2. In the toolbar, click the New button in order to define a new institution for collecting deductions.
3. Specify a unique id for the institution in the Institution Id field.
4. Enter a name for the institution in the Institution Name field.
5. In the Default Transfer Type field, select a type of transfer which will be default for the institution. You can also use the list of values.
6. Save the information.
