Define Loan Import Header

Explanation

This activity is used to define a header for a loan import document. The loan import allows to introduce information directly to the system so that it can be processes automatically and no manual work is needed. The header definition is the first step in the import process.

Procedure

1. Open the Deduction Import window.
2. In the toolbar, click the New button in order to start defining an import header.
3. Specify a unique id for the import in the Import Id field.
4. Enter a name for the loan import in the Name field.
5. In the Import To field, set the type of deductions imported to Loans.
6. Enter any relevant information about the import document in the Description field.
7. Save the information.
