This activity is used to define payment details for a loan.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a loan is required to be registered to an employee.

Procedure

  1. Employee Loans and Contributions window and find an employee with a registered loan for which you want to define a payment.
  2. Go to the Loans tab and select a loan for defining payment elements.
  3. Right-click and click the Loan Payment and Payment Definition option in order to start defining the payment.
  4. Click the New button and specify a currency for the payment in the Currency Code field. Note that this is the currency of employee's bank account.
  5. Specify a form of payment in the Payment Form field. If the payment form is set to Bank, specify an id of the bank and an account number in the Bank Id and Account Name fields.
  6. If the payment form is set to Cash, specify an id of the bank and an account number as well as an id of a cash desk in the Bank Id, Account Name and Cash Desk Id fields.
  7. Save all information by clicking the disc icon.
