Move to Endorsee

Explanation

This activity is used to move the responsibility of loan repayment from the loan taker to the endorsee. Moving the responsibility may be necessary in case the loan taker is not capable of paying back and the loan should be repaid by the previously indicated endorsee.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a loan is required to be registered to an employee.

Procedure

1. Open the Loan and Contribution window.
2. Find an employee whose loan repayment needs to be moved to the endorsee.
3. Go to the Loans tab, select the loan and right-click and click the Move to Endorsee option.
4. In the wizard, select the endorsee and the rest of installments which needs repaying.
5. Click OK.
