Usage

Use this tab to define, modify or review types of contribution.

The table presents a contribution type ID and name, amount or percent if required, optional related institution ID and name, optional related wage code ID and name and several checkbox-based settings indicating mandatory contribution description, two reference texts, mandatory transfer name and mandatory institution. If necessary, right-click on the selected row for menu invoking and click:

• Change Company... in order to switch between contribution definitions for various companies,
• Preposting... in order to invoke the Preposting definition assistant,
• Periods... in order to open the Contribution Type Periods window,
• Transfer Description in order to open the Contribution Payment Electronic Transfer Description window.
