Document Export Assistant
Usage
Use this assistant to automate the complete lifecycle of the defined documents.
It is possible to control the process of document handling leading to:
- creating documents only,
- creating and finishing documents,
- creating and finishing documents plus defining the document export,
- maintain the whole process from creating document to final document export.
There are several options available when generating document using the assistant:
- defined document template selection,
- employee selection based on template or payroll employee list,
- defined document name and registration date,
- optional stamp id,
- optional export parameters (ID, name, creation date) if the export is necessary,
- Export and Test Export selectors in need of export.
