Usage

Use this window to inspect and modify all properties of a template. The purpose of this window is to provide a clear overview of all properties that are normally scattered across multiple Document Basic Data dialog boxes. Contents of each tab represent contents of a single dialog box. Properties in each tab appear when data is registered in a corresponding tab in the Document Basic Data window. E.g., when a header is created for a template, a set of header properties will appear on the Header tab.

Following right-click actions are available in the header:

• Update Properties - the application verifies if there are any inconsistencies in the selected template. If it finds a problem, e.g., a missing property, it will automatically update the property with a default value. After the procedure has been completed, an information message will appear, listing how many properties have been updated. This option is useful when importing templates between different versions and installations of IFS Applications.
