Usage

Use this window to register, modify or review definable documents for a selected employee.

The header part of the window presents an employee number and names, supplied with the person id and several options allowing to switch registered documents' view. Recently registered documents or documents in the proper state can be displayed, according to the selected option.

The detail part of the window presents a document number, document date, document template id and name, stamp id and document state.
If this tab is used to register a new record, both a template id and a stamp id can be selected from the available List of Values.

If necessary, right-click on the selected row for menu invoking and click:
