Usage

Use this tab to register, modify or review definable documents for selected document template.

The header part of the tab presents document template id and name, category id and name and several options allowing to switch registered documents' view. Recently registered documents or documents in the proper state can be displayed, according to the option selected.

Right-clicking on the tab header, you can:

The detail of the tab presents document number, document date, employee number and names, person id, stamp id and the document state.
If this tab is used to register a new record, both employee and stamp id can be selected from available Lists of Values.

If necessary, right-click on the selected row for menu invoking and click:
