Usage

Use this tab register, modify or review application users' access rights to definable documents' templates.

The table presents definable document ID and name, template type and three flags indicating template accessible for security group (Is Enabled flag), modifiable and removable.

If necessary, right-click on the selected row for menu invoking and click:

• Get Defaults For All to fetch and display in this tab the rows for all protected data,
• Grant to All to grant access rights to all templates to a group of application users,
• Revoke to All to revoke access rights to all templates to a group of application users,
• Grant Selected to grant access rights to selected templates to a group of application users,
• Revoke Selected to revoke access rights to selected templates to a group of application users,
• Can Modify and then Grant Can Modify All to grant modification rights to all templates to a group of application users,
• Can Modify and then Revoke Can Modify All to revoke modification rights to all templates to a group of application users,
• Can Modify and then Grant Can Modify Selected to grant modification rights to selected templates to a group of application users,
• Can Modify and then Revoke Can Modify Selected to revoke modification rights to selected templates to a group of application users,
• Can Remove and then Grant Can Remove All to grant removal rights to all templates to a group of application users,
• Can Remove and then Revoke Can Remove All to revoke removal rights to all templates to a group of application users,
• Can Remove and then Grant Can Remove Selected to grant removal rights to selected templates to a group of application users,
• Can Remove and then Revoke Can Remove Selected to revoke removal rights to selected templates to a group of application users,
• Copy for all from Group... to invoke the Document Data Security Copy From Group.
