Define Disability Code

Explanation

This activity is used to define codes showing an extent to which an employee is disabled. The codes are used for registering this fact in the system and determined by the National Health Service.

Procedure

1. Open the Disability Codes window.
2. Create a new record in order to start defining a new disability code.
3. In the Code field, enter a code for the degree of disability.
4. Specify a code meaning in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
