Explanation

This activity is used to define hazard codes which can be registered to employees in a company. Those codes are usually imposed by state authorities and relate to particular hazardous occupations and activities.

Procedure

1. Open the Hazard Code window in the Other HR Data folder.
2. Create a new record in order to start defining a hazard code.
3. Enter a unique code in the Hazard Code field.
4. Enter a description for the code in the Hazard Code Description field.
5. Save the information.
