Explanation

This activity is used to define codes showing an extent to which an employee lacks the capability to perform his or her work properly. Those codes are determined by the National Health Service.

Procedure

1. Open the Inefficiency Codes window.
2. Create a new record in order to start defining an inefficiency code.
3. In the Code field, enter a code for the degree of inefficiency.
4. Specify a code meaning in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
