This activity is used to define institutions which are authorized to issue any documents and certificates relating directly or indirectly to work and employment.

Procedure

1. Open the Issuing Institute window in the Other HR Data folder.
2. Create a new record in order to start defining an institution.
3. Specify a unique id for institute in the Institution Id field.
4. Enter a name for the authority in the Institution Name field.
5. Save the information.
