The process handles registration of employee HR data which is related to the employment more indirectly. The other HR data includes awards, rewards, recognition as well as fines and disciplinary penalties which employee may obtain. The process regards also registration of all data related more directly to the working conditions, such as health checks, hazardous occupation and institutions issuing employment-related certificates.
