Usage

Use this tab to register/generate, modify or review Polish PIT-40 tax declarations.

The table presents tax year, declaration registration date, correction declaration indicator (flag), person id and name, reported period date from and to, related tax office id and name, declaration expiriation date, user id, declaration state, variable document id and date for possible overpayment or underpayment tax amount, variable parameter id and name separately for tax overpayment and underpayment, optional stamp id and description.

PIT-40 declarations can be entered manually or generated using dedicated PIT-40 Generation assistant.
When manual registration chosen, person, tax office, variable parameters and stamp can be selected from appropriate List of Values. If necessary, right-click on the selected row for menu invoking and click:

• Document Generate to invoke the PIT-40 Generation assistant,
• Confirm to confirm prepared declaration,
• Return to bring approved declaration back to the Prepared state,
• Close to change the declaration state to Closed and protect the declaration from further changes,
• Reprint to repeat already prepared declaration printout,
• History... to open the Tax Declaration History window,
• Generate Report... to print the declaration,
• Filter Current Year to toggle current year only declaration displaying.
