Usage

Use this window to define, modify or review the general payroll system settings.

The header part of the window presents read-only configuration ID and name. The detail part of the window presents read-only predefined information such as configuration entry sequence number and name, configuration entry type and user selectable ID field etc. Several configuration types are used:

• Wage Code - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting wage codes defined for company,
• Constant Parameter - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting constant parameters defined for company,
• Regulation - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting standard regulations defined for company,
• Absence - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting absence types defined for company,
• Employment ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting employment types defined,
• Seniority Regulations - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting seniority regulations defined for company,
• Tags ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting report template related tags defined for the company,
• Text - free text expected in the ID field,
• Number- numeric value expected in the ID field,
• Calculation Group - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting wage code calculating group defined for company,
• Constant Parameter Txt - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting constant text parameters defined for company,
• Tax Address - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting predefined address types,
• Constant Parameter All - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting both constant and constant text parameters defined for company,
• Person Relationship Type - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting defined relationship types,
• Authority Attribute - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting Time and Attendance authority attributes defined for the company,
• Period Type - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting predefined payroll period types,
• Payment Type ID - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting payment types registered for company,
• YES_NO - two elements List of Values (Yes/No to be selected),
• Salary Fields - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting predefined salary type,
• Holiday in Advance - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting predefined holiday in advance calculation methods,
• Payroll State - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting predefined payroll states,
• Non-Personal Fund - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting non-personal fund parameters defined for company,
• Csp Option - ID can be selected from the List of Value presenting predefined CSP options,
• Folder Location - file system path to be entered in the ID field.

For lines with the Configure Type value of Constant Parameter txt, select a row, right-click, and then click, Detailed Value … to open the Configuration Detailed Value window.

If there is a new configuration option added to the database, right-click anywhere in the header part of the window and then click Get Defaults.
