Employee Agreement
Usage
Use this window to browse all the agreements connected to the employee
selected in the header. It is possible to create a new agreement by adding a new
record in the header.
Following right-click actions are available from the upper table:
- Details - opens the Agreement Details window, where
you can see all relevant agreement information related to the specific
employee.
Following right-click actions are available from the bottom table:
- Agreement Calculation - opens the Agreement Calculation
window, where you can see how the selected amount of money was processed in
payroll.
- Receipt - opens a predefined word document with a receipt for the
right-clicked amount. The document itself can be modified by right clicking the
header, clicking Properties and locating template documents location the
Agreement Template File tab. Once the document is located, it can
be opened and its fields can be rearranged, modified, or removed.
- Define Preposting - opens the Agreement Details Preposting
window where different code parts can be assigned to the right-clicked
amount.
