Usage

Use this window to define regulations, i.e. certain values or percentages (e.g. tax thresholds, social security deduction percentages etc.) which result from the country's legal regulations and are valid for all employees within a company. These values will be used for payroll calculation. Every regulation has a definable validity period. There are three types of regulations described in their respective tabs.

You can enter validation period only, but any other restriction. Senior regulations are characteristic in that they depend on other parameter value like years of employment. Other regulations are characteristic in that they depend on an employee. Employees could be selected according to Employee Category, Payer, Position and Organization Code. One regulation can be dependent only on one of those and could have different values e.g. for different positions.
