Usage

Use this window to review and add templates of wage codes. Wage code templates can be used for various purposes in the system:

• Payroll components set creating template - fetching wage codes for payroll,
• Changeable data documents - fetching parameters for variable data documents,
• Constant data documents - fetching parameters for constant data documents,
• Non Personal Fund - fetching default parameters for non personal fund agreement,
• Payslip print out for payroll document - including wage codes and parameters in the report content,
• Freezing Cumulative WC Wizard - selecting wage codes to be frozen in the payroll files.

Wage code templates can be assigned to specific purposes by means of tagging.
If necessary, right-click on the header for menu invoking and click Copy from... to run the Copy Wage Code Group assistant to copy a template definition from a previously created template.
