Agreement/Agreement Parameters
Usage
Use this tab to add/remove employees who share the agreement. When you select
an employee from upper table, the bottom table will display details of his or
her payment. Use the bottom table to manage how and when the employee will be
paid.
Following right-click actions are available:
In the upper table:
- Details - opens the Agreement Details window, where
you can see all relevant agreement information related to the specific
employee.
In the bottom table
- Agreement Calculation - opens the Agreement Calculation
window, where you can see how the selected amount of money was processed in
payroll.
- Receipt - opens a predefined word document with a receipt for the
right-clicked amount. The document itself can be modified by right clicking
the header, clicking Properties and locating template documents
location the Agreement Template File tab. Once the document is
located, it can be opened and its fields can be rearranged, modified, or
removed.
- Define Preposting - opens the Agreement Details Preposting
window where different code parts can be assigned to the right-clicked
amount
