Cumulative Wage Codes/Accounting

Usage

Use this tab to review values of cumulative wage codes in a accounting year for all employees within the company.
Although the tab presents read-only wage code information, some follow up data processing is available through the RMB menu options.

The table presents employee number and name, accounting year, wage code ID and name, opening cumulative wage code balance, cumulative value, entry state and state modification stamps (user and date), cumulative (period) start and end date. If necessary, right-click on the selected row for menu invoking and click:

• Close to to close cumulative wage code's value collecting period,
• Open to bring back the selected entry to Opened state,
• Cumulative WC Copy... to invoke the Cumulative Wage Code Copy assistant,
• History... to open the Cumulative Wage Code Accounting History window,
• Freeze... to invoke the Freezing Cumulative WC Wizard assistant,
• Unfreeze to bring frozen entry back to Opened state,
• Frozen WC... to open the Frozen Cumulative WCs Details window.
