Variable Data/Registration
Usage
Use this tab to add, modify, or review variable parameters for an employee.
There are several fields presenting the status of each record, e.g.,
Payroll List ID field shows whether a parameter was used in the payroll, and
the Divided Parameter check box shows whether
details for the record are registered.
If the Use Detailed Desc check box is selected, the description shown is
a result of the automatic merge of all detail descriptions.
Parameters can be registered either manually or in bulk.
If necessary, right-click on the selected row for
the following options:
- Division Parameters to open Division Parameters window,
- Detailed Description/Use detailed description for all to toggle the description
for the division parameters' based for all records,
- Detailed Description/Use simplified description for all to toggle the description
for the simple parameter based for all records,
- Detailed Description/Use detailed description for selected to toggle the description
for the division parameters' based for selected records,
- Detailed Description/Use simplified description for selected to toggle the description
for the simple parameter based for selected records.
