Usage

Use this tab to add, modify, or review variable document's access rights.

In the tab there are some non-registrable fields for the presentation of various record's stamps: record modifier's (user's) ID and the operation date.
By default, automatically inserted current user information is presented. To allow another person for processing of data on a selected document, you might have to enter a new access definition. Person ID (grantee) is the only mandatory field. Other fields are not mandatory, but this can have a significant impact on the follow-up data changes.
