This activity is used to create a calendar which is the base for calculation of absences, annual elements and bonuses, and their parametrization.

Procedure

1. Open the Absence Base Calendar Type window.
2. In the header, create a new record.
3. Specify a unique ID for the absence base calendar in the Calendar Type ID field.
4. Enter the name for the absence base calendar in the Calendar Type Name field.
5. If you want the calendar to start with the beginning of the standard calendar year, select the Standard Calendar box.
6. Save information.
