Define Employee Matching Template Header

Explanation

This activity is used to define a header for a template for employee selection. This is the first step in creating the template with selection criteria by which employees will later be selected for the payroll calculation.

Procedure

1. Open the Employee Template window.
2. Create a new record in order to start defining a header for the employee matching template.
3. Specify a unique ID for the template in the Template Id field.
4. Enter a name for the template in the Template Name field.
5. In the Remarks field, enter all relevant information regarding the template.
6. Save the information.
